The Blessed Beyond Measure Scholarship Fund was established in 2015. The mission of the scholarship is to provide financial assistance to individuals enrolling in a 2 or 4 year program at a Historically Black College and University (HBCU).

The Harvey-Wilder Foundation awards scholarships on the basis of a comprehensive process. Scholarship funds are paid directly to the recipient’s school and are awarded for the Fall semester.

 

The Harvey-Wilder Foundation Scholarships are awarded without regard to race, color, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation. Scholarships awarded are based upon the availability of funds and additional qualifying criteria.
